hisdarlinggirl: I’ve often spoke of those times when Mr. Hatton becomes the wolf. During those times he is not romantic or sweet. He is devious, a bit sadistic. He is selfish, taking what pleases him as it pleases him. I have a love/hate relationship with the wolf. I crave him all the time, but am apprehensive at his arrival. There is something to be said for the wolf in Mr. Hatton. He is fiercely protective whenever we are playing with others and will not hesitate to take another man’s head off if he so much as looks at me without my consent or Mr. Hatton’s approval. And when the wolf in Mr. Hatton comes out to play at our house, when there’s the chance I may be broken open, I always know he will dry my tears and put me back together.
